Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms apply when you use disttal.com (the "site"), operated by Disttal Pty Ltd (ACN 703 746 294, ABN 58 703 746 294), a company registered in South Australia, Australia ("Disttal", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions can be sent to info@disttal.com.
1. What the site is
The site describes Disttal's white-label software development and dedicated tech team services and lets you book a call, register as tech talent or as an employer, apply for jobs and read our articles. The information on the site is general. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement that we both sign.
2. What you submit to us
- Please make sure that everything you submit through our forms is true, accurate and yours to share.
- Registering as tech talent, registering as an employer, or applying for a job does not guarantee that you will be matched, hired or offered any work, or that we will find the right people or team for your project.
- By submitting a form you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy, and you agree to the specific consent shown on that form.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or the rights of others;
- send malicious files, malware or anything designed to damage or overload the site;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to submit forms in bulk, to copy the site, or to collect other people's information;
- try to access the private administration area or any part of the site that you are not meant to reach, or to test or bypass its security;
- pretend to be someone else or give false information.
We may block access, refuse or delete submissions, and report unlawful activity if you break these rules.
4. Our content and your use of it
The text, design, logos, articles and other material on the site belong to Disttal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may read the site, share links to it, and quote short extracts from our articles with a clear credit and a link back to the original page. You may not copy or republish the site or its articles in full, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
5. Names and logos of others
Names, logos and trademarks of other companies shown on the site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean they endorse Disttal, and they are used with respect for their rights.
6. Confidential information
Please do not put highly sensitive or confidential business information in an open text box on a form. If you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing details, tell us and we will arrange one before you share them.
7. Articles and general information
Our articles and guides are for general information and do not replace professional legal, financial or technical advice about your situation. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete or current.
8. The site "as is"
We provide the site "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work without interruption or errors, or be free from harmful components, although we work to keep it available and secure.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Disttal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or from information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under law that cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees where they apply, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
